Every day as we go to work, we make sure that our team is instilled with principles that made us one of the trusted home health service providers. We provide on-going services and preventive interventions that complement and enhance the existing medical and community basis services. Our excellent staff of home health aides, Certified Nursing Assistants provides everything from hands-on personal care such as assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility to light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation running errands, grocery shopping, and companionship. Our outstanding staff or RNs and LPNs will provide excellent one on one care for clients with illnesses or injuries by providing skilled care such as cardiopulmonary assessments, diabetic monitoring, counseling, and education. We will utilize the Medicaid waiver, private insurance, and private pay to finance this operation. Recognizing that each client is unique, our skilled nursing staff develops and implements a home care plan tailored to the client’s needs and based on their physicians’ health plan. Aging with Care Inc.‘s office hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. Our on-call services are available 24/7. We will process all paperwork and orders within 24 hours. No personal information will under any circumstances be sold to any third party. Our office is located between the neighborhoods and hospitals in our target market. We believe that this is critical to our initial success and long-term growth.
